Qian Mu Li

A creature known as the Thousand-Eyed Carp seeks to depart from the world but repeatedly fails as humans intervene to rescue her. Through their repeated acts of compassion, she begins to reconsider her goal, eventually abandoning her desire to leave and becoming part of human society.
