Ozu Technical High School trains students, from teenagers to those in their early twenties, to become engineers. Togawa Sumiji, president of the Robotics Division, is a talented and dedicated student like many of his peers. However, Sumiji possesses a unique quality that distinguishes him. As the annual robot competition approaches, he must guide his team in constructing what could be the most impressive robot ever made.
