Raising Hell

A high school student named Kenji Sakamoto attempts to reach a criminal responsible for a terrorist attack in Akihabara, Tokyo. His efforts are driven by the mysterious disappearance of his childhood friend, Nao. The narrative unfolds from the perspective of someone in northern Kanto, set one year prior to the incident.
