Ranobe no Hen!

Sugano Ikkei is a high school student living with his older brother Hyakkei, who works as an editor at a publishing company. Hyakkei oversees multiple artists and writers, offering them support. When he breaks his leg and is hospitalized, he needs to attend a crucial meeting with a reclusive writer named Tokito Aona, which has taken months to arrange. Because the two brothers look alike, Ikkei is asked to impersonate Hyakkei at the meeting. The meeting proceeds smoothly, but Ikkei must then attend a second meeting with Fujimaki Misuzu, an artist relocating to Tokyo. Both women are in the same class as Ikkei. He must now manage his dual role as both Hyakkei, the editor, and himself, a student, while keeping his identity hidden from both Tokito and Fujimaki.
