Yuya Jougasaki is a new detective at the local police department. She is earnest, enthusiastic, and has a tendency to act on impulse. Aki Momohime is a top detective in the First Investigative Division, known for her skills, confidence, and preference for working alone. Yuya is unexpectedly assigned to work with Aki, someone she admires, on a murder case.
