A thousand years ago, the Blue Moon Kingdom was nearly destroyed by internal war until a masked hero known as the 'Red Man' saved it. The surviving population founded Blue Moon City, a utopian metropolis governed by a powerful corporation. Mr. Kim, an elementary school teacher, lives in the slums as a descendant of those who caused the kingdom's downfall. Despite his poverty, he deeply cares for his students. When they are kidnapped and he is fatally shot trying to save them, the school principal gives him a mask that grants him powers. Revived with unrelenting rage, Kim seeks vengeance against those who destroyed his life and vows to rescue his students.
