Reiroukan Kenzai Nariya

A house called Reiroukan rents rooms to male and female students. Shirai Genta recently moved there, aiming to change his life. The house is home to several other residents, including the studious Tokimaru and the careless Mikoto, whose behavior often annoys her friend Midori. Genta becomes involved in various humorous and chaotic events. He later learns that Reiroukan is set to close in twelve months. This gives him time to create lasting memories with the other residents.
