A magical notebook called a Kiss Note causes people whose names are written in it to fall in love if they kiss. The notebook belongs to Guri, an angel tasked with forming couples. She accidentally writes the name of Aino Seiji, a typical high school student, and risks her life unless he kisses someone. Guri persuades Seiji to kiss Hiyama Akane, a popular student he is interested in, who reciprocates his feelings intensely. As Akane and Seiji grow closer, Guri also develops feelings for him. What should be a simple solution to Guri's problem turns complicated for Seiji, who desires normal relationships. The story includes four additional chapters.
