A college student named Niwa Kyouichi partners with Sakashita Hitomi for a class project. Hitomi is unkempt, with long hair and beard, wears unappealing clothes, and is hard to understand. Initially, Kyouichi finds working with Hitomi challenging. However, as they spend more time together, Kyouichi begins to see positive qualities in him. Inspired by these discoveries, Kyouichi considers ways to help others recognize Hitomi’s better side and starts planning a transformation for him.
