A newly elected Student Council President aims to remove the school's rule against student romance but must provide evidence to the school counselor that such relationships won't harm academic performance or school standards. To demonstrate, the president and vice-president decide to pretend to be a couple. Neither has any experience with dating, making the task more difficult.
