In a world where extraordinary abilities known as "Astral abilities" are now understood due to a scientific discovery at the end of the twentieth century, Satoru Arihara appears to be an ordinary person. In reality, he is an Astral user working for a secret organization. His latest assignment is to infiltrate a school for Astral users by enrolling as a student. With the help of his sister, Nanami, he successfully blends in and forms connections with classmates Ayase Mitsukasa, Hazuki Nijouin, and the upperclassman Mayu Shikibe.
