Ringo ni Hachimitsu

A university student named Natsuki experiences a gradual withdrawal from social interactions, leading to increasing isolation. The narrative begins with him already in a relationship with Komano, then later explores their initial meeting. In another segment, a man visits a former classmate to confess his feelings, claiming the world is about to end and he wants to avoid regrets, but the recipient shows little interest.
