After his father's death, Kai Ikki becomes disinterested in his daily life and seeks a change. In an attempt to break free from his monotony, he runs into the woods and encounters a member of the Japan Defense-Forces. This meeting shifts his aspirations, as he now desires to join the defense forces. The challenge ahead is formidable, and the question remains whether he can endure the rigorous training required to achieve his new goal.
