Rizelmine

A government project aims to create a genetically modified human, resulting in a 12-year-old girl named Rizel. Though healthy and happy, she requires emotional connection to continue developing, and her unmet need for love causes destructive emotional outbursts. When a 15-year-old boy named Iwaki Tomonori returns home, he discovers the government has declared him married to Rizel, thrusting him into an unexpected situation.
