A floating city in the Pacific called Masumasu Academy houses students who possess enigmatic abilities referred to as "Fiction." These powers enhance their physical capabilities and grant an extra unique skill. One student, Kazuma, has the power to stop time. He encounters a girl with the ability to move at the speed of light, who is aware of him and actively seeking him out.
