Rocopon

An alien who crash-landed in Tokyo eight years ago with no memory of his past is perceived by the public as a lazy individual who spends most of his time playing video games. However, he works in secret as a government-approved assassin, eliminating dangerous criminals that the legal system cannot handle. Having grown accustomed to his routine, he faces new challenges when his superiors assign him a strict, by-the-book partner. At the same time, the criminal underworld begins to employ individuals with abilities beyond the ordinary, complicating his mission.
