Two beginner witches, Maj and Lilica, share a small, one-room apartment and take on low-paying jobs that barely cover their basic needs, such as a simple cabbage dinner. They aspire to a more comfortable life that includes owning pets, purchasing many grimoires, and enjoying meat for dinner. Though their goals seem distant, they believe that with more effort, their dream of a better life could become a reality.
