To address an increasing number of supernatural occurrences, a government office was created to handle ghost-related events. Known as the Sixth Sense Department's Anti-Exorcism Division, it functions by acting as intermediaries between the living and the deceased, resolving conflicts without resorting to exorcism. The story is presented as a buddy cop mystery that takes place at the boundary between the real world and the afterlife.
