A decade after the Great Tokyo War, Japan's prefectures have become independent nations governed by prophets known as "Mosa" and their armies, referred to as "Mob." These groups engage in conflicts to conquer one another. Four female members of the "Mob" from the Saitama clan—Nozomi, Yukina, Ai, and Chiaya—are tasked by their "Mosa" with traveling across Japan on motorcycles. Their mission is to intervene in and mediate various battles that arise between the nations and clans.
