Aizawa Kyouichirou, a high school junior, begins renting out his family's 6LDK apartment following his parents' death, as advised by his guardian, Yagi Akira. The tenants include Rio Forest, an international college student; Mutou Keigo, a student of National Literature; Kawakami Shinji, a successful host; and Tachibana Jinpei, someone who works extensively. As they live together, they gradually develop feelings of affection and concern for one another.
