Fifteen years after the defeat of the demon king, a magician named Kotone visits RPG Real Estate, a kingdom-affiliated business, to find a new home. Unbeknownst to her, this is where she works. Alongside Fa, a demi-human, and the priest Rufuria and soldier Rakira, Kotone assists clients with housing needs based on their individual situations.
