Rudolf Turkey

A well-dressed, cigar-smoking man serves as acting mayor of Gond Land, a desert city known for its casinos and entertainment venues. He frequently finds himself involved in dubious scenarios, such as turning a thwarted bank robbery into a wager or clashing with the mafia over a club. Assisted by two highly capable secretaries, he typically manages to prevail. Despite his success, he struggles to win the affection of a local woman named Lapan.
