Ryuu no Kyoudai

Emi relocates to Enoshima to live with her aunt after experiencing the loss of her mother. She has had the ability to see dragons flying around the island since childhood. One day, she spots a large dragon and a smaller one, which she recalls seeing with her mother. Following them, Emi discovers they are actually a human brother and sister.
