Juzo, a former graduate of the Nakano Army School, works as an intelligence officer but struggles with failure and opium addiction. A mysterious masked man visits him—Dante, a living dinosaur who has survived into the modern era. The two become involved in a covert conflict that intertwines human and dinosaur affairs.
