At age twelve, individuals in this world are granted a sacred weapon by God. Rust, a boy from a remote village, aspires to be an adventurer alongside his childhood friend Ruby. While Ruby is awarded an A-ranked weapon and joins a prestigious adventuring group, Rust is given an F-ranked, worn-out sword. Discouraged but not defeated, he continues to train and battle minor monsters, gradually improving his weapon. After three years of effort, the sword reaches level ten and activates a powerful skill, transforming into an exceptionally strong magical weapon.
