A cowboy named Sam lives a normal life until drinking milk triggers a dramatic shift in his behavior, turning him from a laid-back person into an aggressive, gun-slinging figure. His parents operate a local establishment known as the "Milk-Hall." Through his journeys, Sam meets new companions and confronts various antagonists in the Old West, always armed with a firearm and a glass of chilled milk.
