Saeki-san to, Hitotsu Yane no Shita: I'll have Sherbet!

Yumizuki moves into an apartment for his second year of high school to avoid a long commute. Upon arrival, he finds that the apartment has been occupied by Saeki Kirika, a girl who recently returned from America. Both have valid reasons for needing the space and cannot back down. To resolve the situation, Saeki suggests they share the apartment.
