A prince from the Royal Family, known for causing trouble, finds himself in danger when assassins begin pursuing him. Magic is involved in the attack, and the only one who can help him is a witch named Victoria, known as the Witch of Bitter Cold. She agrees to protect him in return for a favor, which she describes as small. Victoria, however, shows no emotions and is determined to get what she wants. The prince tries to keep his distance from her, but as time passes, it becomes harder while he remains under her protection.
