A man named Shin has committed a series of murders that has deeply unsetturbed South Korea. Ji-Hu Seo, whose father was killed by Shin, crosses paths with Du-Seok Kim, a former detective whose family was also murdered by him. Du-Seok is determined to train Ji-Hu as a weapon to seek vengeance against Shin. This training takes place in prison, using only their bare hands. Du-Seok argues that since the death penalty has not been enforced in Korea since 1997 and no one else is upholding justice, they have no other option.
