Saibanin no Megami

A young assistant judge named Yuuki Michiko relocates from Tokyo to a small coastal town to begin her new role. She is immediately involved in selecting a varied group of lay judges for a murder trial. These individuals must decide the outcome of the case alongside professional judges. Michiko's responsibility is to support the lay judges through the trial process without swaying their decisions. The story explores how ordinary citizens handle the responsibility of judging strangers in a legal setting.
