Sakagami-sama ga Tsuiteiru!

Yoshihiko-kun wishes for increased height at a shrine, but before Yoshihiko-san can stop him, the wish is fulfilled, and Sumiyoshi-kun faints. Upon waking, he discovers he has been reduced to the size of an action figure.
