A high school student named Yuta collides with a man at a train station, causing him injury. The man is Tsubaki Nishijima, a novelist. As compensation for the injury, Tsubaki forces Yuta into daily servitude. His first task is to transcribe Tsubaki's spoken words exactly. Yuta is confused and upset by the content of what he is being asked to write.
