Sakurai Mei no Tsukurikata

Ryuuko and Sakurai Mei were childhood friends who were separated for several years. When Ryuuko returns, he plans to confess his feelings, only to find that Mei has changed—once cheerful, she is now a quiet and isolated person. Unexpectedly, their bodies are switched, allowing Ryuuko to experience life from her perspective. He now tries to restore her former happiness by taking on her role.
