Wakatake and Kagetora, childhood friends who haven't seen each other in over eight years, reunite. Wakatake is focused on his studies, preparing to inherit his parents' clinic. Kagetora is impulsive and spends much of her time fighting outside rather than attending school. She has decided to enroll in one of the country's top high schools to be closer to the person she loves. To achieve this, she asks Wakatake for help in passing the entrance examination.
