In the city-state of Greenpod, a harsh society governed by the International Police, Mel, an undocumented resident with superhuman strength and an indestructible body, seeks revenge. She is rescued by a package delivery service known as Santa Industry, which operates as a front for an underground resistance group. The team, composed of various individuals, aims to persuade Mel to assist in their mission to reform the city's oppressive structure.
