Yajima Shigeru is a working man who repeatedly engages in one-night stands to escape from unsuccessful romantic situations, often developing feelings for other men. On one occasion, he kisses a younger coworker who is married, witnessed by a train conductor named Mita Yuusuke. After being rejected by his coworker, Yajima is approached by Mita, who declares he has fallen in love with him at first sight.
