さよならでも愛してる
Yutaka chooses to confess his feelings to Mariya, the girl who helped him during the entrance exam. Surprised by his declaration, Mariya struggles to respond to Yutaka's attention. Despite initial difficulties in their connection, they gradually grow closer. Suddenly, Mariya requests to end their relationship. The story is told from Yutaka's perspective in one version, and from Mariya's in another. Additional stories include "1% No Kiseki" and "Sumetaku, Amaku, Koi O Shite."
