Sayonara mo Iwazu ni

Kentarou Ueno is a manga artist who resides in a small home with his wife and his wife's 10-year-old daughter. The family appears content, despite the wife's ongoing struggle with depression and her treatment. One day, Kentarou discovers her lying motionless on the floor, face down. The narrative explores the aftermath of this event in Kentarou's life. The work was nominated for the 4th Manga Taisho in 2011.
