A young man named Takeshi aspires to be a leader, inspired by his father Hiroshi, who was respected as a leader among office workers. After Hiroshi's death, Takeshi grows more resolved to follow in his footsteps. Upon beginning school, he seeks to demonstrate his leadership abilities by taking charge of his classmates.
