Seirei-tachi no Rakuen to Risou no Isekai Seikatsu

Yuuta Morizono, a 25-year-old man, plans to spend Golden Week at home by playing games and reading manga. After buying groceries at a supermarket, he ends up in a desolate wasteland with no people in sight. He must figure out how to survive using only the food he purchased.
