Originally published on Omocoro and later compiled by Kadokawa, the series moved to Monthly Comic Beam in December 2018. It features a recurring character who arrives at inconvenient times, often causing exhaustion through physical and mental strain. While her presence is met with reluctance, the work aims to address common misconceptions about menstruation, particularly from the perspective of those who experience it. The character appears alongside others such as Mr. Libido, Mr. Virginity, and Little Miss PMS, interacting with women in various situations. These interactions include advice, harassment, comfort, and occasional physical comedy. The work blends humor with moments of warmth and has been recognized with the Short Work Prize at the 23rd Annual Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize.
