A girl with red hair is given a second chance at life when a witch’s power returns her to her ten-year-old self before her death. She encounters Theodore, a member of the Knights' Order known as a heretic and widely despised. Though rumors paint him differently, he is intelligent and becomes involved in a struggle for the throne. The girl, now with a second life, is drawn into a complex relationship with Theodore, who questions her identity and motives.
