A fourth installment in the Seishun Buta Yarou series. Sakuta looks forward to reuniting with Mai, but instead encounters someone who resembles her. Mai has undergone another episode of Adolescence Syndrome, causing her to exchange bodies with Nodoka Toyohama, a rising idol and her half sister. Unable to reverse the situation, both sisters must assume each other's identities and navigate their new lives. However, Nodoka appears to be focused on something beyond adapting to Mai's life.
