Mizunoe Ume joins the student council to avoid repeating a grade, hoping it will resolve his academic issues. However, he quickly discovers that his fellow members are all highly unusual. Each has a distinct and quirky personality—one is inattentive, another is intimidating, and one hides inappropriate tendencies. Despite their strange behavior, they also possess an unexpected charm.
