A form of magic involving controlling a sword with magic to cut enemies from the air has never existed in the history of magic until now. Ardis wields this unique ability and works as a mercenary, taking on tasks like subjugation, escort, and investigation for payment. After completing a survey mission, he encounters and defends two twin girls whose caravan was attacked by bandits. In this world, twins are viewed as "abominations."
