Izumi Wakakusa is an accomplished actress who values her appearance above all else. After a disfiguring mark appears on her face, she vanishes and gives birth to a daughter named Sakura. The girl is raised in a sheltered and indulgent environment by her mother. Eventually, Sakura uncovers the reason behind her existence.
