A young couple, Yuzu and Kiyoshi, along with Kiyoshi's injured father, Junichi, relocate to a rural home. Upon exploring the attic, they encounter a boy named Hotaru living there. Questions arise about Hotaru's true nature and the undisclosed history between Yuzu and Junichi.
