Shanai Renai Style

Tokunaga Atsuya develops feelings for his new supervisor, Kawai Hitoshi, who appears perpetually eager to flirt, masking his own unreturned affection for Yuki, a coworker and dorm manager. Tokunaga, unwilling to serve as a substitute, attempts to earn Kawai's favor. Kawai challenges him to choose between being a supportive partner or a competent team member. Meanwhile, Yuki's own romantic situation involves his superior, Hoshina. The narrative also encompasses two additional stories: "Beard and Adolescence" and "Everything's Fine as Long as There is Love."
