Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shoujo

In a society where punishment takes the form of assigned obligations, a man named Morita Kenichi seeks a high-ranking position overseeing those who break the law. To achieve his goal, he returns to his former hometown, where he meets three girls each carrying their own obligations. As he reconnects with the place he once left, he is forced to confront his past. The story explores the relationship between individuals and the system that governs them, as well as the personal and societal conflicts that arise.
