In the year 2952, Earth is plagued by unrest as people grow increasingly angry and impatient. To address the rising riots, a specialized unit called the "White Lions" is formed. Isao is a member of this group, though he faces regular criticism from his superiors for his lack of discipline. His unusual behavior raises questions, hinting that there may be more to his actions than mere disobedience.
